Service time change
Beginning May 5 we will be having two services on Sundays. There will be the 8am Holy Eucharist and the second service will be at 10am
Holy Week-Mon-25-Fri29
There will be Stations of the Cross at 12:05pm Monday through Friday.
The service of Tenebrae will be on Wednesday at 5:30
Thursday we will have the Maunday Thursday service at St. Peter's with Sitka Lutheran at 5:30pm
The Good Friday Liturgy will be at 5:30PM at Sitka Lutheran

Volunteers needed for taking Communion out
We need volunteers to go with the Lay Eucharistic Ministers to take Communion to shut-ins. Please contact the office, one of the Deacons or Bishop Carol if you are willing to help.
Easter Flowers
Envelopes are in the pews to give offerings for flowers. The office needs the names of those you want to remember or thank offerings by Palm Sunday.
Tamale Making
This Saturday at 10:00am in the See House we will be making tamales to sell. Proceeds will go to help "Blessings in a Backpack"
Holy Week Schedule
Holy Week Schedule March 24-31
Palm Sunday - Our 9:15am and 11:00am services will be combined and begins at 10:00am at the Crescent Harbor shelter. We will gather with our friends from Sitka Lutheran Church and many others for a joint liturgy of the blessing of palms. Our worship will begin at the church at approximately 10:20am
Monday through Friday - Stations of the Cross at 12:05
Wednesday - Our 5:30pm celebration of Taize will be replaced with an observance of the Office of Tenebrae. This is a moving service of scripture readings and prayers.
Maundy Thursday - This 5:30pm celebration of Holy Eucharist marks the events of the Last supper and Jesus' giving of a new commandment to his disciples. This is possibly the most intimate service of the Christian year. It is also the service that is most challenging to participate in without being changed.
Good Friday - This 5:30pm liturgy commemorates the crucifixion and death of our Lord Jesus. We will listen once again to the events of The Passion of Christ.
Easter Sunday - We will have an 8:00, 9:15 and 11:00am Worship Services. There will be an Easter Egg Hunt after the 9:15 Service.

Vestry Meeting
Wednesday March 20 at 6:30pm St. Peter's Vestry will meet in the See House. All parishioners are welcome.
